Our patent pending standalone Truss Rack is designed to make loading and securing a full subprimal super fast and easy while keeping your hands clean. A vertically racked subprimal optimizes airflow and allows for peak capacity in any space. The truss rack will also leave a 1.5″ imprint on the cut of beef so you always know where to slab your steaks!
